We are committed to delivering high quality products, and your satisfaction is 100 % guaranteed! Do not hesitate with your purchases. In case your order doesn't meet your expectations, simply send it back and we’ll refund or exchange your items.

How to proceed when claiming a product?

In all cases of product complaints, please contact us by filling out the form or directly through e-mail at [email protected].

Product complaint

Please specify:

  • Order number – you can find it in the e-mail or in your account.
  • Condition of the damaged package and goods – please attach proof photos.
  • Your preference on how to resolve the situation – refund / sending a new product.

What situations may arise for a product complaint?

1/ Goods (or package) damaged during transportation

If you suspect that the goods were damaged during transportation, please send us an e-mail along with a proof photo of the damaged package and goods to our e-mail address within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly contact you with information about the next steps. Unfortunately, if you respond later, a complaint with the transportation company cannot be applied. You do not need to send the damaged goods back to us.

2/ Product of poor quality or incorrect size

If you received a product of poor quality, with a blurry delivered image, or in the wrong size, please send us a proof photo of the delivered goods via e-mail. We will promptly contact you with information about the next steps. You do not need to send the damaged goods back to us.

3/ Incorrect or missing items

Was something missing from the package? Did you receive a different product than what you ordered? We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please send us a photograph of the delivered goods via e-mail. We will promptly contact you with information about the next steps.

 

If you have purchased our "Safe Shipment Guarantee" and your package arrives damaged or gets lost, you do not have to wait for the situation to be resolved within the legal time limit. Simply contact our customer support team who will resolve your request as a matter of priority. If you have received damaged goods, please take a photo of the damaged goods and the package in order to resolve your claim quickly.

Note: Delivery of a new product is only possible if we still have it in stock.


How to return goods?

Not happy with the product quality? Find the product unappealing and want to initiate a return? No problem!

1/ The easiest way: online return via Retino service

The online service Retino will handle everything for you with just a few clicks, also making our job easier – for example, we'll have a better overview of where the package is currently located. This service is currently not available for The Great Britain (as not part of the EU)

2/ If you choose not to use our online Retino system and are returning the shipment 'on your own,' please use the return form to simplify the process.

The form can be filled out online and sent via e-mail to [email protected] along with information about what you are returning. Alternatively, you can fill it out manually, print it, and send it along with the goods.

Pack the undamaged goods in the original packaging, place them in a box, visibly label the box with the carrier-generated label, and send it to the address of our distribution warehouse:

After receiving the goods at our warehouse, you will be notified by e-mail. If you choose the refund option, you will receive the money back from us within 14 days after the package is received by our customer support. Otherwise, we will find an alternative solution.

If you have received a damaged product, please read above on how to proceed when claiming a product.


Please notice:

  1. If you decide to return the goods within 14 days, you will be refunded for the goods, including the cheapest shipping option to the destination country. After the 14-day period, only the money for the goods can be refunded, and you must cover the shipping costs.

  2. Custom-made goods cannot be returned. This information can also be found directly on our website among the relevant products. Such goods can only be complained about in case of an obvious print error or damage on our part.
    Examples of such products include:
  • printing your own photos on photo paper and canvas,
  • products of our own production labeled 'PREMIUM QUALITY' (products printed on photo paper, canvas, or wall mural),
  • custom framing.
